Aron Ralston , the usual routine to climb on Saturday alone . He
plans to spend the day by riding a mountain bike and climbing the red
rocks and sand outside the Canyonlands National Park in southeastern
Utah . Ralston came from Aspen , Colorado , is a technique and music scholar who had worked for five years at Intel .Ralston

hiking , rock climbing using a variety of equipment . Ralston was canyoneering is done through the valley of the narrow gaps .Ralston is located 150 meters above the top of the vertical wall Bluejohn Canyon . He did a maneuver to reach the top of a large rock wedged between the narrow canyon walls . He began to climb the rock surface and it feels very stable when he stands on . When he began to fall on the opposite side , a stone weighing 800 -
pound ( 362 kg or less ) suddenly shifted , pinning his right arm - he
was stuck .When

between waiting for someone who appears to save him , freeing herself ,
or if all else fails he will decide on his arm . Death is the last possibility but Ralston did not want to consider it.Ralston tried ropes , anchors and tools exist to move the stone , the stone does not move at the results . understands the vision that the child will be a child in her future and
she decided to act immediately in order to survive life . If he does not save him now , he will not have the physical strength left to do it later . Finally he took the dramatic decision : cut off his own hand !Ralston prepared to amputate his right arm below the elbow using a multi- function knife . Realizing
that the knife was not sharp enough to cut through bone he pressed his
arm against a rock and broke his bones so that he could cut his hand
over the network . First he broke the radius bone , which connects the elbow to the thumb . In a few minutes he broke the ulna , the bone on the outside of the forearm . Subsequently he applied a tourniquet or bandage that binds tightly to his arm . He used a knife to amputate his right arm below the elbow . The entire procedure takes approximately one hour .Ralston gave first aid to himself of a small kit in a backpack . He plugged the anchor with the rope in place . He then hiked 5 miles downstream adjacent Horseshoe Canyon , where he
met with the families of Dutch travelers who are on vacation .Dutch
couple Eric and Monique Meijer , and their son , Andy , started out of
the canyon when I heard a voice behind "Please , I need help " . The couple soon realized that he must have been a climber who lost such information from officers the day before ..Ralston
walked quickly toward the couple with his arm in a sling hanging
homemade and he spoke clearly : " Hello , my name is Aron , I fell off a
cliff on Saturday and I was stuck under a boulder. I cut my hand four . hours ago and I need medical attention . I need a helicopter " .My wife and son Eric tries to get out ahead of the canyon as fast as possible to get help . Eric along with Aron untukn give him food , water and mental support .
